I’m an english-born artist and designer living and working in Marseille.
In 2020, I founded and directed ‘La Source’, the first récupérathèque (a volunteer-run space which salvages, gives value to and reuses all types of unprocessed residual matter) in the south-east of France. It is now part of the Federation of Récupèrathèques of France and Belgium. This cooperative space is dedicated to the free exchange of reclaimed materials inside of the Beaux-Arts of Marseille. La Source privileges sustainability by revalorising residual matter, solidarity by finding solutions in order to reduce the costs related to creating art, and creates social links by setting up a hyper localised economy of volunteers exchanging materials, with a network of partners (private, public and institutional), inside and outside of the school.
My work has been shown during different exhibitions, namely Hybrid’art in Port-de-Bouc in June 2025, and as a finalist for the Prix Région Sud Design during Art-O-Rama in August 2024, in Marseille.
I have been able to develop the social aspect of my work through different measures and residencies, like Rouvrir le Monde, in 2024 where I worked in the rural setting of Selonnet to bring together the community around a shared history and stories using art as a way to set up a permenant dialogue between the inhabitants of the region.
I’m currently a resident & member at D.DAL, a research center in Art & Design created in 2020 in Marseille. The project, led by a collective of artists and designers, focuses its research on critical social, territorial, and international issues, connected through new participatory and inclusive systems that enable the involvement of visitors and users in a process of creation and empowerment.
